Multy-Story Building Modelling problems

Q.:Dear All,

Currently I´m simulating a multi-story building from which I choose
only a representative story to evaluate its energy consumption. As it
is described in I/O 

reference I set the boundary conditions of the floor by pointing it to
the roof construction surface and the roof construction surface
pointing to the floor, 

by using the "otherzone surface exterior boundary" condition. Is the
procedure correct? 

The simulation generated some warning messages from which I don´t
fully understand its impaction. I´ve placed below the three kind of
warnings. I´ve have 

followed the warning recomendations but I couldn´t resolve the
problems, can you give me some guidance help?

I´m uploanding the idf file so that you can have a look at it.
