[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Staging baseboard and reheat coil



Dear E+ Forum,

I'm finally evaluating output for the model which I want the baseboard
to act as the first stage of heating (reheat coil is the 2nd stage). 
The baseboard is operating, the reheat coil is not operating (zero
flow), and the room is not reaching the setpoint temperature in the
heating season.

I'm using objects as shown below.  May I have suggestions regarding
what's incorrect, please?
