The nominal capacity sets the upper limit (PLR=1).
Example: Load Range 1 is set at 190 kW and controls only Boiler 1 and
Load Range 2 is set at 9999999999W and controls both boilers.
For loads below 190 kW only boiler 1 can operate. This allows you to
pick with equipment will operate in that load range.
For loads up to 205 kW both boilers can operate but only boiler 1 is needed.
For loads above 205 kW, both boilers will operate with boiler 2
operating at part-load up to it's full capacity at a total load of 410 kW.
