[EnergyPlus_Support] Low Illuminance value for Split Blinds.

Hello Everyone,

I am involved in the simulation of multiple Window blinds.  I am having
a 6'X6' window on an 10' X 11' wall. The blinds  are divided into
three sections : Top, Middle , and Bottom. I am getting very low
values of illuminance (Around 2-4 lux) at the two reference points
assigned. Since you are familiar with my research through previous
interaction ,Can someone figure out the problem... ?
