As noted in Known Issues:

Synopsis for Users:  The example file 5ZoneFPIU generates no HVAC 
diagram. The .err file is unexceptional. Most likely the diagrammer is 
confused by a terminal unit with 2 inlets, one of which is attached to 
a zone exhaust node. Some systems with PIU do draw, however.
