[EnergyPlus_Support] Exporting Surface:Detached:Building from Ecotect geometry
Hi all,
I am running some glare and daylighting analysis for a building
starting from an Ecotect model and exporting its geometry into E+.
My building is sorrounded by many other constructions, and I know I
should model them in E+ by using the Surface:Shading:Detached Objects.
My issue is that I can't export them as such objects starting from
Ecotect. Do you know how to?
So far I exported them as Thermal zones, as I am neither considering
heat gains within the building nor running thermal analysis. Do you
think it is correct?
thanks a lot!
Marzia
