Thanks so much.  I did in fact hear from Laurie, since I last wrote.

 

I am having a lot of difficulty with the water-to-air heat pumps.  I live in a Northern climate and the refrigerant properties are producing errors during the winter months. 

 

Has anyone used these files with success?
