RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] in slab cooling

Hi Linda

I have looked at them, but they are all so complicated that I really can’t follow them. I was hoping for an example of something really simple so I can follow that. I find it really difficult to see how everything ties together.

Thanks

Danny

Have you looked at any of the low temp radiant example files?

Further to this (after spending a whole day with not much progress), can I add that all I want to do is use purchased chilled water at a fixed temp and flow to flow through the slab. So this is a very simple simulation, but E+ and its examples are geared around far more complicated scenarios and it makes this simple task very difficult.

Hi All
I want to perform a feasibility study on using in slab cooling using
water from a water tank through underwater pipes. Can anyone tell me if:
a) E+ has the specific tools to do this
b) What the tools are
c) Any hints on performing the analysis
Cheers
Danny
