[EnergyPlus_Support] combine rooms to zone , modeling treated fresh air

Hi all I am new to simulation.
Can some one explain
1. is it okay to combine multiple rooms with varying internal loads
into one thermal zone (exposure of rooms is similar)
2. If acceptable, then how to get design loads / simulation results of
individual rooms when they are clubbed into a zone
3. How to a model a system where individual rooms have a fcu and fresh
air is supplied through are separate treated fresh air AHU to each fcu
with no control.

thanks
