[EnergyPlus_Support] Purchased Air Electricity

I have set up a building used purchased air (cooling only). In my 
report, I have specified daily facility electricity consumption. It 
seems that this does not reflect electricity consumption from 
cooling.... I also have the daily purchased air (in Joules). Is this 
measure in Joules directly translatable to 'HVAC electricity'? Thanks.
