[EnergyPlus_Support] modeling limitation for DOE-2.1E that did not allow the simulation of CASE195

In the report entitled ¡EnergyPlus Testing with Building Thermal Envelope and Fabric Load Tests from ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 140-2007 EnergyPlus, Version 2.2.0.023¢, it says that the solid conduction case (case 195) of EnergyPlus was compared only one other program (ESP) due to modeling limitations in the other programs. What was the modeling limitation for DOE-2.1E that did not allow the simulation of CASE195?
