[EnergyPlus_Support] About the warning: "Loads Initialization did not Converge"

Dear all
How to deal with the warning: "Loads Initialization did not Converge" ? 
I don't know what is the influence on the simulation result caused by 
this warning.
Why does not the temperature of the zone air achieve the set point? I 
try to increase the capacity of the chiller, but the zone temperature 
doesn't change.
Could you please help me? Thank you very much!
