[EnergyPlus_Support] Problem in non-dimensional height calculation???

Hello,

when I modeled an atrium with constant gradient roomair model, some
warnings are reported:
Warning ** Problem in non-dimensional height calculation, too high
surface:REVERSE_EL3 EAST WALL (G.C6.I20) in zone: 1F_ATRIUM
   ** ~~~ ** **** Average Ceiling height of zone is: 8.000
   ** ~~~ ** **** Surface Maximum height is: 12.000

I don't know what it means and have anyone met this before? Or How to
deal with it?

Thank you!
