[EnergyPlus_Support] Heating lamp with on/off controls

Hello,

I am trying to model a heating lamp with an on/off controller in order
to meet a constant setpoint temperature inside. I thought a "High
Temperature Radiant System"-object was suitable for this, but
apparently it's not possible to have a constant heating rate with
simple on/off controls here. Does anyone know how this can be done?
