[EnergyPlus_Support] Plant heat pump water heater

hi all

I have done one simulation building using heat pump water heater and I'm having this strange warning up:

Warning ** WaterHeater:HeatPump "PLANTHEATPUMPWATERHEATER:  Water heater tank set point temperature is greater than or equal to the cut-in temperature of the heat pump water heater. Heat Pump will be disabled and simulation continues.

has anybody any explantion from what is caused this Warning
