[EnergyPlus_Support] Radiant Cooling

Hello; I am trying to run a model that uses radiant heating and cooling.  During the cooling months, the radiant system incounters a reoccuring error.  The radiant surface temperature drops below the due-point temperature and condensation occurs.  I believe the radiant system is automatically shutting itself off.  Here is the warning statement:

Warning ** Surface temperature below dew-point temperature--potential for condensation exists
**   ~~~   ** Flow to the following radiant system will be shut-off to avoid condensation
**   ~~~   ** Hydronic Radiant System Name = RESISTIVE ZONE RADIANT FLOOR
   **   ~~~   ** Predicted radiant system surface temperature = 18.30
   **   ~~~   ** Zone dew-point temperature= 17.48
   **   ~~~   **  Occurrence info=CHICAGO IL USA TMY2-94846 WMO#=725300, 04/03 14:40 - 14:50
   **   ~~~   ** Note that there is a 1.00 C safety built-in to the shut-off criteria
**   ~~~   ** Note also that this affects all surfaces that are part of this radiant system

Radiant systems are complicated and envolve a lot of engineering skill... can anyone offer advice into this condensation proplem??

Here is another warning that I am getting for days in May and June:

 ** Warning ** SimHVAC: Maximum iterations (20) exceeded for all HVAC loops, at CHICAGO IL USA TMY2-94846 WMO#=725300, 05/05 15:00 - 15:10
**   ~~~   ** ...use Output:Diagnostics,DisplayExtraWarnings;   to show more details on each max iteration exceeded.
   ** Warning ** SimHVAC: Maximum iterations (20) exceeded for all HVAC loops, at CHICAGO IL USA TMY2-94846 WMO#=725300, 05/05 15:00 - 15:02

What does this mean?

Thanks!
Lesley
