The designDay data .ddy file for ChongQing, China is available on the Energy Pluse home website under weather data Region 2 Asia.
There three weather stations in ChongQing. The .ddy file is in the .zip file.
The field name 'Wet-bulb' may give you an error. It is 'WetBulb' without the hyphen in Ver.3.1.
I am sorry that I do not know what is 'a thermal bridge of a building' you mention in the second paragraph of your e-mail.
