[EnergyPlus_Support] Controlling a Cooling Water Coil

Hey all,
I'm having some difficulties trying to control the availability of a cooling coil. In the air loop, I have two other components (mixing box and water-to-air hp). I would like the two other components to always be available, but the water cooling coil to only be available when two node temperatures are greater than some temperature differential. (The water coil is acting as a waterside economizer, having cool water supplied by the condenser loop) Is there any way to control the cooling coil individually on the air loop or plant/condenser loop without affecting the availability of other components on the air loop?
I'd appreciate any help,
Thanks!!!!
