[EnergyPlus_Support] No cooling setpoint -- still warnings and unmet hours

I have zones that are heating only zones with convective baseboard heating only. i am using control type 1 with a single heating setpoint but I am getting unmet hours and warnings about there being zero cooling load.

What am i missing here? are these warning normal because of the zone sizing runs? How can I eliminate un-met hours? see idf clip below.
