how can i input ground temperature for a model of dhaka city by monthly?what is the source?

Just look at the object: SizingPeriod: DesignDay.

Not sure what you mean by difficulties during simulation.  Take as a guide ones that are included with the installation or check out others that are available for download.

(See the Locations-Designday s spreadsheet in the MacroDataSets folder that is under the main install (root) folder.

These usually specify the design days as outlined by ASHRAE.

For example,
titles with:  Heating 99% Design Conditions DB mean they are the 99% for heating (only 1% of the time will the conditions exceed that) with the DB meaning they are based on Dry Bulb Temperature.

Cooling has many more options (again outlined when you use which in ASHRAE HOF).  Cooling DB=>MWB 1% in the title is saying Dry Bulb with a Mean Wet Bulb -- often used for cooling design but other buildings will need different conditions.

You asked why the ones supplied were a certain way and Jim answered.  That you don't agree is a mute point.
