I think you probably need to read about EnergyPlus Ground
Heat Transfer in the Auxiliary programs document.  "Undisturbed
ground temperatures" are calculated and put on the weather
files.

But it's much better if you try to ignore ground heat transfer in your
first simulations.  Or make them 2 deg c less than your indoor
temperatures.
