[EnergyPlus_Support] Simulation using outdoor air and fully exhaust fan

Hello,

 

I have a couple of questions:

 

1. Can reheat processes be simulated by only using  cooling coil and heater coil? I have seen in the input-output reference for AirloopHVAC:Furnace:HeatCool where there is one cooling coil, heater coil and a reheat coil. What is the purpose of having the heater coil?

 

2. I intend to use 100% outdoor air for cooling, dehumidify and reheat before it enters a zone. Then, I want to fully exhaust the air. Do I need to have inputs in the following?

 

Zone Airflow:

ZoneVentilation

 

Controller: OutdoorAir

 

Fan:ConstantVolume      

Fan:ZoneExhaust
