With reference to the user's comment below, I think the insturction section is now too long and the argument section may be scrolled out of sight when the program pauses.
 
May be you can list more  version numbers on the same line, or move the input instruction to the end just before the pause.
 
 "press any key to stop".  was generated by the 'pause'.  The display stopped but the top of the screen may be scrolled off screen.  It is not lost.  But the user did not scroll back to see the instruction at the top of the 'list'.

Thank you. I am new for this E+,  I do not quit understand the instruction. I click the RunFullTransition, but this sentention appears with "press any key to stop". I am not sure how to do it.

One of the files within the zipped file is named "TransitionsReadme.txt"... please read that document as it provides the instructions for using this utility.

Have you un-zip the file and read the instruction. and run runfulltransitin.bat without the parameters?
