Dear all,
I got a warning in expandedidf.err created by running E+ 3.1,
"In HVACTemplate:System:VAV "VAV_ahu28" the Heating Coil Design
Setpoint is greater than the Cooling Coil Design Setpoint. This may
cause the heating coil and cooling coil to operate
simultaneously. Check results carefully and adjust controls if needed"
According to this warning, the heating supply air temperature (T_h)
would usually be higher than the cooling supply air temperature (T_c).
It is contrary to my reasoning. For example, T_h (23C) would be higher
than T_c (17C).
Could you explain the warning?
