In addition to Weather Converter, check out the input object called Site:WeatherStation, it is used to adjust models when the measurement situation at the local station differs from standard weather stations.

I am looking for information on translating the meteorological data of a local station in order to use it in Energy Plus. I produced the csv (comma seperated values) file. Is there a way to convert it into epw, or what else? I will use Design Builder to modeling the building.
