RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Doubt about Source=>Site Conversion Factor

They are inputs, use whatever conversion factors you want in a FuelFactors object.  They can be scheduled and need not be constant.

Engineering Reference has a section called Environmental Impacts.

If you omit the input there are defaults values inside EnergyPlus; the values used are documented in an output table report called “Source to Site Conversion Factors”

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Doubt about Source=>Site Conversion Factor

Dear EnergyPlus fellows,

I am trying to find how the site conversion factor are calculated. EnergyPlus uses constant values for each source (electricity, gas, etc.) . I would like to know how those numbers were calculated. I search thorugh the manual and I could not find any reference for that.

Thanks for any help.

Regards,

Alberto Hernandez Neto
