Hey there,
I was comparing the different available output variables of my model to figure out which ones are the best for my purposes.
There I came across the following:
I have specified an efficiency of 0.9 (180kW) which is mirrored in these two outputs.
AHU5_HC:Heating Coil Energy[J](Hourly)
6.48E+08
AHU5_HC:Heating Coil Electric Consumption [J](Hourly)
7.20E+08
However, if I take a look on the Air Loop outputs, the numbers for the consumption don't match up any more whereas the heating coil energy remains the same.
AHU5:Air Loop Total Heating Coil Energy[J](Hourly)
6.48E+08
AHU5:Air Loop Heating Coil Electric Consumption[J](Hourly)
1.37E+09
Does anyone have an idea what the reason for that might be??
Besides, the Air Loop Total Heating Energy is slightly higher than the one of just the coil.
AHU5:Air Loop Total Heating Energy[J](Hourly)
6.50E+08
Does this reflect the heat added to the air by the fan?
Thanks,
Tobias
