According to ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G - 2004, Table G3.1 Section 1.b.

..."(b) All conditioned spaces in the proposed design shall be simulated
as being both heated and cooled even if no heating or cooling system
is to be installed, and temperature and humidity control setpoints
and schedules shall be the same for proposed and baseline
building designs."

i have a doubt in selecting the zone cooling and heating setpoint temperatures in my building , i have modeled a system with pakaged single zone system in the base case and my proposed case system is two stage evaporative cooler , and im supplying the air at temperature of 82 deg fahrenheit for the proposed case , should i have to model the base case with the same 82 deg fahrenheit as my zone cooling set point temperature or 75 degree fahrenheit pls clarify my doubt
