[EnergyPlus_Support] Ningbo, China weather file and earthtube model

Hi,

I am trying to model an exhaust type earthtube ventilation system in Ningbo, China. 
I have got two questions:

-I do not see any weather data at the website for Ningbo, China. The location is 29° 52' 30" N / 121° 32' 30" E. I especially need the file to use it with the CalcSoilSurf Auxiliary program. Are there any weather files that I could use? For example, something in the Zhejiang province where Ningbo is located. Otherwise, I guess that I can simply use the Shanghai files (31° 0' 18" N / 121° 24' 31" E) and check for any possibly uncertainty issues thay may arise on evaluating the earthtube system with these weather location.
Here are some additional data: Ningbo time zone is "China Standard Time (UTC+8)" and average elevation is 9m.

-My earthtube is connected to a rather complex zone that I do not really want to model. I am just interested on the earthtube performance (Tout, etc.). However, one of the inputs for the EnergyPlus earthtube model is the attached zone. I am guessing that I can just attach it to a simple box zone (instead of modelling the complex zone) since I am not interested on the attached zone itself. Would that be a problem? I think it will be OK because the earthtube is of an "exhaust" type. Your advice on this will be much appreciated and I will also experiment with it during the following days.
