If you use an external horizontal venetian blind, you can change the slat angle to see the differences using a schedule. The overlap was mentioned in the warning message. I do not know the implication. If you leave a gap, the result will not be the same as intended. If you can locate all the surfaces referred by the error message, you may find the cause. It is not easy as all the surface names are in numbers, and the coordinates to six decimal places. If an opaque shade (open and close the blind) in the same position does not change the lighting level in the room, the shade with holes is not effective and can be ignored..
