This is possible using Energy Management System.  Although it is a bit of an advanced feature, there are actuators available that can override the conditions placed on any of the Outdoor Air Nodes used in HVAC.

You can but it will change the heat transfer for all the surfaces as well, and infiltration.

I'm looking at the same problem using a hourly air data obtained from TRNSYS's earth tube model.
