You only have ventilation in the zone. Therefore, the only consumption is by the fan. All the temperature values are close to the outdoor temperature values.
You need to add the HVAC to get the cooling or heating calculations.
More output variables need to be requested. A longer weather file simulation run will be required to generate the monthly and annual reports.
