[EnergyPlus_Support] How to model District cooling system for LEED?



Dear all,
 
I am a little confuse about the modeling for DES based on the Required treatment of District thermal energy in LEED.
It is mandatory to model the upstream equipment if we want to get more than 2 points?
In case we dont have any information about the upstream equipment, what we should do?
 
i need a help from any one worked on similare project.
