[EnergyPlus_Support] Calculation Accuracy

I'm just still new to the program and I wanna ask about the calculation accuracy of the program,

how much is it accurate to use the program for energy simulation compared to practical application and compared to other simulation programs like TRNSYS, IESVE...etc.

I also wanna ask about the accuracy of the weather files data of some countries and cities like Cairo, Egypt

I noticed that the measurements took for this weather file was long ago, mostly in 80's and 90's, is it acceptable to use such old data keeping into consideration climate change and global warming compared to nowadays climate?!
