Well this is System sizing problem, but it may very well stem from a Zone sizing problem. Usually this is because the sizing calculations result in no heating load in the zone(s) served by the coil. The most common problems are that: 1) internal gains are scheduled on during winter design day and provide enough heat or 2) no infiltration. Schedules can be setup to turn off lights, equipment, and people during sizing.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Zone Sizing problem
Hello,
I ran simulations and obtained this warning -
The design coil load is zero for
Coil:Heating:Water HEATING COIL. The autosize value for maximum water flow rate is zero. To change this, input a value for UA, change the heating design day, or lower the system heating design supply air temperature
I have lowered the design heating supply air temperature, but it is of no use. Could anyone please tell me how to rectify this problem.
Thank you.
