[EnergyPlus_Support] How to model a simple painted concrete wall

I'm new with EnergyPlus and came across a question right away. How would you model a concrete wall that is painted on one side? There aren't any thermal properties to worry about, but if it were painted white, the solar properties would need to be accounted for. Would you have a paint layer of some tiny thickness and R-value, but with solar properties for white paint? Or would you split the concrete into 2 layers one with the solar properties of the white paint and one with the solar properties of concrete?
