Rather than getting ourselves in a bind with all the
versions out on a website, we prefer to handle these kinds of requests on
a case by case basis.
That does not mean, necessarily, immediate gratification to the
requestor. And some people have requested it just because they didn't
know that older files could be transitioned with the transitioning
tools.
