[EnergyPlus_Support] double windows system simulation

Hi

I'd like to ask if someone knows how to simulate double windows (not double glazing). I suppose that one way is to simulated the system of two windows as a thermal zone but what if you have a model with a lot separated windows (as I have..)? is there any easier way to do this? 

P.S. all the question is about the air gap between the two window systems which as I suppose it cannot be simulate as an Material:AirGap because is big enough to have air movement
