I think the second file I mentioned may be what you want.  5ZoneWLHPPlantLoopTower has a single plant loop with a cooling tower and a boiler.  There are 5 water source heat pumps connecting the zones with the loop.  This used with dual setpoint operation to achieve the typical water loop heat pump setup.

Every example file uses GHE for the Supply / plant side.  None use a boiler and cooling tower or fluid cooler.  We?d like to see how the latter system is set up because E+ gives a fatal error for the Fluid cooler in our attempts at setting it up.
