Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] How can I model the punched stainless panel?

External shading shades all surfaces.  Punched stainless steel -- you can model as external shading (use the detailed version) with a transmission (percentage of light and solar radiation that passes through).

Shading:Building:Detailed

A1 , \field Name

A2, \field Transmittance Schedule Name

\note Transmittance schedule for the shading device, defaults to zero (always opaque)

Hello.

I want to model the punched stainless panel on the roof.

I tried to model that using external shading but shadings can only exist with the fenestration surface, I think.

Is there any useful object or method I can use?

Best regards.
