Dear Sir or Madam

   I am the beginer for e+,i try to train my self by following up the steps and i faced the follwing problems ,after i fill idf editor and i try to simulate at Ep launch it says "Temporary files could not be created "what is the problem?,the other problem is i couldn't fined "zone equipment list "  and "purchased air"on energy plus (e+-4.0)version but it is found on the training version(V2.0) when i trained my self.i am looking for ward your positive responses.
