Thank you James for your help, I am having a good deal of trouble trying to figure this program out and it helps to see a properly designed system. I am quite grateful.

Dear Matt,
It looks like youâ??ve got inappropriate off cycle losses (100% in two locations) and no schedule for water use.
Iâ??ve attached a new version of your IDF with two new objects (a Water Heater:Mixed and a Compact Schedule for water use) that work properly. I think I grabbed the water use fractions from ASHRAE 90.1â??s User Manual.

I am trying to model a water heater system for a Commissary, but the values I am receiving for the supply are astronomically large compared with the expected results. I know that my peak flow rate is .019 m^3/second and have added this to the idf file but I continuously get output results suggesting that my building uses 600,000 m^3 annualy which seems grossly unreasonable. Can anyone send me a sample idf file for a water heater that shows how to properly input this type of system because I cannot seem to get a reasonable output with my limited knowledge of this program. I have also attached my idf file in case someone can spot where I am making an error.
