[EnergyPlus_Support] modelling occupancy behaviour

Hi everyone! I am doing my dissertation on the effect of occupants on the buildings energy use and how occupancy behaviour can be simulated. 
It would be really helpful to know how other users feel about this issue!

Do you think that occupancy should be modelled in detail?
Do you feel that occupancy effect is being accurately accounted for in simulation tools and why?
What are the features that you would like to be included in future tools?
