RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Error





 
Normally the outside boundary condition for floor should be  ground.  You have some entered as outdoors as in the one below..

Change  Solar Distribution = FullInteriorExterior   to   FullEsterior  should remove all the severe errors in this group  
 
The error message also have some suggestins to clear the warnings.
 
By the way, the number of warnings may be more when you use the annual simulation.  When one fatal error is corrected, the code beyond that point is not checked.  Therefore, more errors may appear after you have corrected one error.  If you add or miss one  ';', you may get a sever as well.
 
The building definition is good.  The problem is the shape of one zone.  If you must use the fullinteriorEsterir   for calculation, divide the L zone into to  zones. (Ref, Convex and concave building shape.)  One of these does not with the FullInteriaoExteriior solar distrubution calculation.

I can not have no mistakes, I corrected and appear more .. is this normal?

I interpret that is something in geometry? But would think that is fine.

Hello everyone,

I'm starting to work with EnergyPlus and I have to do a research project.
This is a small housing complex paired (8 total) for a permanent occupation of 3 persons, with power consumption and lighting mini.
I have to determine the thermal loads for heating consumption and the corresponding dimensioning of the biomass boiler, as well as test different materials to see which is the best option.
I made the model in Open Studio and have done the simulation but I keep getting errors. Someone can help me a bit if you sent the files, if only to know if I'm doing well.
How do I make the simulation I generate csv files?
