We have exterior shading fins, but the value of solar and visible
transmittance are different. Maybe we can have an E+ object for these
fins similar to the transmittance data of glazing for windows - having
different transmittance for solar and visible.

The overhang and fin features can already have reduced transmittance -- they
work to reduce or increase (from opaque) solar heat gain onto the facade.
They are not interior features (which is what I thought you wanted).
One just uses a transmittance schedule (can be seasonal) for them.
