We moved it into the Preprocess\MultipleTransition folder so
that the ones downloaded from the helpdesk (the true multiple
transitions) would all be together.

For transitioning files, you have two main options.

1) Select your old file. From EP-Launch, go the File=> Transition
Version. And it will transition it. From V5 to V6.

2) Download the set of transition files --

http://energyplus.helpserve.com has a download titled
"transition files". Download this 10MB zip file, unzip it into
the MultipleTransition folder and then you can use the Utility "IDF
Converter" to transition a file from any of the earlier versions to
V6.
