Thanks for all your suggestions. I revisited the model and made drastic changes to reduce the number of zones and complex surface details. I can see good difference in the simulation run times.

There is a tip on minimizing time to run a simulation in the Tips & Tricks document.
By and large, we have found V6 to be MUCH faster than earlier versions due to some things we have incorporated.
