Your understanding is correct. When the conditions are good to allow natural
ventilation, a fan in an Airloop will be forced to turn off. The
AvailabilityManager:HybridVentilation object is a master controller for both
natural ventilation and an airloop.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] AvailabilityManager:HybridVentilation
Does the AvailabilityManager:HybridVentilation override the fan schedules
regardless the fan type. For example I have a Fan:ConstantVolume object set
to turn on during occupied periods. When Natural Ventilation becomes
"profitable" I would expect my mechanical systems to be overridden by this
Availability Manager as a "higher" control when so.
Do I have this correct? The AvailabilityManager:HybridVentilation will turn
my fans off AND after the conditions become "unfavourible" would return my
fans to the normal "fan schedule" state.
I'm just double checking this by the forum.
