Please, put in the file autocalculated in the idf volume option, and chech the result in the eio file, compare this with a manual calculation from open studio

"Note that it is using your calculated volumes, not the ones it calculates.

The volume calculation is quite robust but may not be accurate for non-enclosed zones.

If you enter:
SHOWZONESURFACES_DEBUG;

into your idf it also should show some debug outputs on the .dbg file"
