No, and it wouldn't work because EnergyPlus wants to iterate
on the load/temperature balance until it reaches a steady state of the
heat balance of surfaces.

Is this an uncontrolled zone?  If so, it will be more difficult to
match temperatures, but you can run a day and see what comes out -- then
fine tune the parameters in the Building object to reach a finer
resolution.

Likewise, if it is a controlled zone, you may need to fine tune those to
make sure it reaches setpoint temperatures. 

You may need to add infiltration amounts or carefully select internal
heat gains to help you.
